Domaine Courbet's 'Les Rondos' Chardonnay is a fine white from the heart of the Jura. Agile on the palate, it remains a fine wine despite its long ageing in oak barrels. The nose releases aromas of fresh butter and white flowers, with delicate mineral nuances. On the palate, it is fresh, with an enveloping texture and great savoury persistence. Ideal with fish and white meat dishes, it goes perfectly with a fillet of turbot in butter
