The 16 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from the Aberlour distillery is born in the heart of Speyside, a mountainous region with still wild nature, crossed by the crystalline waters of the River Spey. The purity of the water is one of the components of the success of the distillates from this region, combined with the quality of the barley and a careful double distillation process according to the oldest traditions. At the end of the production process, the Whisky begins a long maturation process that lasts a total of 16 years and is divided into two phases. The first aging phase takes place in American oak barrels, and the second part in noble and aromatic woods that have previously hosted great Andalusian wines from Jerez de la Frontera.
