The Cardhu 18 Year Old Whisky is a Single Malt produced in the Scottish region of Speyside. It is a distillate with an elegant profile and particularly pleasant for the richness of fruity aromas, which give a good softness to the sip upon entry to the palate, while maintaining an important structure and good complexity and taste persistence, further enhanced by the long maturation period in wood.
The 18 Year Old Single Malt is a Whisky produced by the historic Cardhu distillery, particularly famous for a soft, fruity, harmonious, and almost silky style. The proverbial excellence of its Single Malts derives mainly from the use of high-quality raw materials: carefully selected barley malt and pure water, which comes directly from the crystalline springs of Mannoch Hill and Lyne Burn. The slow and careful distillation process takes place using 6 stills expertly orchestrated by the watchful and attentive eye of master distillers with long experience. Once the Whisky production phase is completed, the process proceedsto aging, using American oak barrels, where the distillate will remain for 18 years before being bottled.
The Cardhu 18 Year Old Single Malt Whisky is the perfect label for those who love spirits characterized in particular by a certain fruity softness, enveloping and satisfying. In the glass, it presents a beautiful intense golden yellow color, bright and shining.
