The basic idea is to create labels with a classic and traditional face, capable of best representing all the aromatic and taste characteristics, but without alcohol. The Vermouth Vol0 is, in fact, a non-alcoholic soft drink that aims to be an excellent alternative for an audience that wants to drink healthily, without giving up the taste of a good drink.

The Vol0 Vermouth is the result of a long tradition with ancient origins. The history of flavored wines dates back to Roman times, when spices were often used to enrich the taste of wines and also to mitigate some of their flaws. The use of herbs and spices has then traversed the entire Middle Ages, also thanks to the experience of monks in producing elixirs based on alcohol, wine, and botanicals. However, the official birth of Vermouth dates back to 1786, when Antonio Benedetto Carpano, in his artisan workshop in Turin, perfected the recipe for an herb-flavored wine, which is still relevant today. Vol0 has the peculiarity of not using alcohol for the extraction of aromas from botanicals. Wormwood, coriander, pomegranate, herbs, flowers, roots, and spices are processed cold and then expertly blended. All this without compromising the richness and aromatic complexity of the great classic Vermouths. An innovation in the name of tradition.

The Vermouth Vol0, right from the chosen name, immediately declares its position: it is a Vermouth but with zero alcohol content. It was created to be a light, easy-to-drink product, but equally rich in terms of aromatic profile. It is perfect both to be enjoyed neat or with ice as an aperitif, or to be used to prepare long drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails. It presents a brown color with bright orange and reddish reflections. The olfactory profile is very classic and traditional, with intense aromas of medicinal herbs, balsamic hints, aromas of small red berry fruits and hints of soft oriental spices.
