Valpolicella "Brolo di Sotto" from the renowned Sartori winery is a traditional Venetian red wine, perfect for accompanying everyday meals. The grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed, then aged for 6 to 8 months in large oak and cement vats. The colour is ruby red with garnet reflections, and the aromas are reminiscent of red fruit, oriental spices and light hints of almond. The palate is fresh, vinous, fruity, smooth and slightly savoury.
