The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo "Bianchi Grilli per la Testa" is a medium-structured white wine, rich and expressive, matured in steel and in acacia barrels. The bouquet composed of white flowers, yellow fruit, and spices invites a very fresh, savory, and mineral sip, with persistent notes of aromatic herbs

"Bianchi Grilli per la Testa" is a Trebbiano that stands out for finesse and sapidity, a splendid ally of the everyday table. The Torre dei Beati winery is born from a love story, between people and for the land. It is indeed Adriana and Fausto, companions in everyday life, who bring their project to life in Loreto Aprutino, a famous town in the province of Pescara. The ideas are immediately clear, namely to propose healthy wines that reflect the territory without filters and artifices, prioritizing indigenous grape varieties. Pecorino, Trebbiano, and Montepulciano are thus true local princes, with interpretations especially concerning white wines, which favor freshness and carefree drinking. Bottles that put you in a good mood!

The Trebbiano Bianchi Grilli wine is obtained from pure grapes of the same grape variety, coming from a very young vineyard of about one hectare that rests on clayey-limestone soil. The approach is as respectful as possible towards the grapes and nature, therefore the use of any chemical or synthetic product is not contemplated. After a meticulous selection of the best bunches, these are taken to the winery where the destemming and crushing will take place, and the fermentation begins spontaneously in steel. The liquid matures for 9 months in steel on the fine lees and for an additional 10 months in bottle.

The Trebbiano Bianchi Grilli per la Testa has a medium intensity straw yellow color. Nose of great freshness and cohesion, which unfolds in succession with bunches of white flowers, balsamic hints of mint and anise, without giving up a fruity component that recalls the crunchiness of golden apples. On tasting, the liquid confirms what was anticipated, flowing on the palate thanks to a clear and perfectly calibrated freshness. The long savory trail it leaves as a legacy makes it an irresistible everyday wine, to be tried with delicate preparations such as fresh goat cheeses, or white fish like sea bream and sea bass.
