Torrontes "San Pedro Yacochuya" from the Argentine winery Bodega Rolland is a vivacious and tasty white wine perfect for surprising guests. This label is made from pure grapes of the same name, selected by hand and vinified entirely in stainless steel. The straw yellow colour with greenish highlights introduces aromas of crisp white fruit, fresh flowers and hints of wild herbs. The taste is fresh, mineral, agile and balanced

The Torrontes “San Pedro Yacochuya” by Bodega Rolland originates from Argentina, in the Mendoza area specifically in the Uco Valley. The winery is born from the passion and experience of Michel Rolland and Arnaldo Etchart who, by joining forces, created a winemaking business aimed at the enhancement of the Argentine territory and the products it could offer. Michael has also maintained his activity in France in the Bordeaux area, bringing on board his daughters Stéphanie and Marie, to whom he has delegated some tasks such as managing the logistics department and designing the image of the business.

The pure Torrontes grapes of the Torrontes “San Pedro Yacochuya” by Bodega Rolland come from vineyards located in the Uco Valley planted in 1999 in a beautiful area at the foot of the Andes Mountain Range. The soil is mainly composed of gravel and poor in minerals, but still ensures a good intensity to the structure of the wines. The climate is characterized by high temperatures for most of the year with winds coming from the Andes that ensure the rows remain dry.of the year with winds coming from the Andes that ensure the vines remain dry. The harvest is carried out manually in the morning when the temperature is not yet high and the grapes are placed in boxes of about 20 kg. Subsequently, there is a maceration on the skins of about 4 hours; the must ferments in steel with selected yeasts.

The Torrontes "San Pedro Yacochuya" by Bodega Rolland presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intoxicated by hints of wildflowers, field grass, and yellow fruit; on the palate, it reveals a good freshness and pleasant minerality with an excellent correspondence to the aromas perceived. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish and mixed fried fish, but it is also excellent with vegetarian dishes. A product to be enjoyed for summer aperitifs in seaside locations to savor a wine from a distant yet promising land, and on formal occasions to offer guests a product of excellent quality.
