Tequila Anejo Casamigos
Casamigos Tequila Anejo was born on the highlands of the Mexican Jalisco from pure Weber blue agave plants of about 7-9 years old. It is aged in exclusive American white oak barrels and reveals a soft, harmonious and velvety sip, with aromas of vanilla, caramel and light spicy sensations
and distillation are conducted with great care, in order to obtain a purist and refined Tequila. The choice of a long aging period in wood allows for an extraordinary aromatic richness, appreciated by the most discerning palates, who love to drink Tequila absolutely neat.
The Casamigos Anejo is made exclusively with agave plants aged 7-9 years, which are cultivated on the high plains of the Mexican region of Jalisco. The particularly clay-rich soils have always proven to be very suitable for agave cultivation. The fermentation process lasts at least 80 hours and at the end of distillation, the Tequila is aged for a full 14 months in American white oak barrels. In the glass, it has an intense yellow color with slight amber hues. The bouquet expresses soft notes of caramel, vanilla, spices, dried fruit aromas, and agave. On the palate, it has a warm and soothing entry, with a delicate mid-palate, aromatically rich, that extends towards a pleasantly long and persistent finish.
