Spumante Brut "Pievasciata" di Vallepicciola is a sparkling wine produced in Tuscany with the Martinotti method, from Chardonnay grapes. A fresh and delicate sparkling wine that is born a few kilometers from Siena, on the typical Chianti soils rich in 'galestro' and 'alberese' rocks. To the nose there are pleasing hints of acacia, apple and lemon peel, aromas that continue pleasantly in the mouth where the wine is fresh, persistent bubbles and the finish gives mineral hints. Try it with a white meat sauce pasta

freshness and primary aromas. The alcoholic fermentation of the base sparkling wine takes place in steel tanks, where the wine matures for 6 months on the fine lees, while the subsequent sparkling process occurs in autoclave according to the Charmat or Martinotti Method for a period of 3 months.

The Tuscan ‘Pievasciata’ Spumante Brut Vallepicciola has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections. Pleasant floral hints of acacia emerge from the glass, as well as aromas of apple and lemon zest, supported by fine mineral notes. Fresh on the palate, enhanced by a fine and persistent bubble that anticipates the long mineral finish.
