It has an intense, full-bodied and complex profile, similar to a red wine, and aromas of undergrowth, truffles, roots and leather.

From the glass, a bright copper color, crossed by a fine perlage, wild and forest-like sensations of cherries, roots, cinchona, rhubarb, citrus peel, and earth rise, with bursts of black pepper, leather, and tobacco. The sip proves coherent, endowed with thickness, body, and structure. It is dry, soft, and creamy, intense and flavorful, with a very long persistence.
