The Sparkling Classic Method Brut Rosé Bollicina Gold Dolce&Gabbana and Donnafugata is a fine and elegant Classic Method that originates from the estate of Randazzo, at the foot of Etna, from Nerello Mascalese grapes. Presented in an exclusive Gold outfit, this sparkling wine embodies the iconic style of Dolce&Gabbana that designed its coordinated image. The volcanic soils enhance the unmistakable minerality of this Rosé Sparkling. The aging on the lees for about 36 months and the further aging in bottle for 18 months give complexity and depth. The olfactory profile opens with notes of pastry and bread crust, hints of small red fruits and citrus, with references to dried fruit. The elegant and enveloping sip, with a fine and persistent perlage, is distinguished by freshness and minerality. Excellent paired with shellfish and fish tartare, also to be tried throughout the meal
