Sartori's Soave Classico 'Sella' is a fresh and immediate white wine, but with volcanic complexity. The vinification process involves a short maceration in order to extract more substance, thus producing a more mature aromatic profile that enhances hints of tropical fruit and yellow fruit. On the palate, it is dry, balanced and distinctly savoury. Perfect with white meat first courses or intense fish dishes, try it with Soave sausages or lavarello
