The Sauvignon "Sanct Valentin" is the most famous and widespread label of the San Michele Appiano winery, a fresh white wine, medium-bodied, soft and fragrant, with clear elegance. Very expressive varietal aromas of yellow fruit, elderflower, and aromatic herbs are supported by good freshness, in a fragrant, pleasant, balanced sip with great aromatic clarity.
