Rum Anejo 'Especial' Pampero

The Venezuelan Rum Anejo “Especial” is a distillate with a rich and balanced taste, where the aging period spent in wood contributes to impart notes of cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla. It is a bottle obtained through triple distillation, which allows isolating in the final product only the best of the aromas and flavors that develop during the processing. Pampero, a reference name in the landscape of Venezuelan Rums since 1938, confirms itself as a reality capable of giving rise to a punctual and precise label, perfect for those who are taking their first steps towards this distillate.

This Rum Anejo “Especial” is born from a meticulous production process, from which all the know-how of the Pampero team emerges. First of all, we start from sugar cane, whose molasses is distilled three times thanks to the use of both column stills and discontinuous copper stills. The obtained Rum is then left to rest, hence the recognition of “anejo”, which means aged, for at least two years in old American white oak barrels, which previously contained Bourbon. At the end of this period, bottling takes place.

The Rum “Especial” Pampero reveals itself visually with a color reminiscent of amber, intense and bright. The bouquet of aromas that envelop the nose tells a story made of sweet and layered notes, evoking sensations of spices, wood, and tropical fruit.
