"Rosé et Or" is a rosé wine from Provence with a fresh, gentle, and delicate character, vinified and matured in steel. It reveals a fragrant and fine aromatic profile, with aromas of pink grapefruit, peach, wild strawberry, and delicate floral notes. The sip is straight, light, and subtle, with great freshness and precious savory notes.

The Rosé de Provence “Rosé et Or” by Chateau Minuty is a delicious and inviting Provençal rosé, the result of the work of one of the most authoritative local wineries. Indeed, because the history of Chateau Minuty boasts rather ancient roots, as the winery was founded in 1930 and firmly continues its tradition from generation to generation with the same belief, that is to create territorial liquids that are at the same time expressions of elegance and depth. The enchanting natural setting is that of Provence, and partly that of the Rhône, although the most representative vineyards are those that dominate the Gulf of Saint Tropez, obviously dedicated to local varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Cinsault, as well as other minor grape varieties. A rightly historical name, as well as a coherent photograph of a terroir explored only in minimal part.

The “Rosé et Or” embodies the typical practice of Provençal blending, which in this case comes to life from Grenache and Tibouren, obtained from vines that rest on clayey soils. In the vineyard the harvest is carried out rigorously by hand, in order to make a selection of the best bunches available, while in the winery, alcoholic fermentation continues at controlled temperature in steel tanks and aging in the same containers.

The “Rosé et Or” Rosé de Provence wears the classic pale and delicate pink typical dress. Delicate nose, but at the same time extremely expressive, characterized by aromas that range from citrus to peach, from white flowers to salty breezes, for a wine that tastes of fruit, sun, and sea. The sip is plump and harmonious, a perfect fusion of pulp and vibrant freshness. An exemplary success, a cornerstone of its type, to be paired with fish in all its variations.
