The Rosato 'Rosaspina' Fabbrica di San Martino is an intriguing wine from the Lucca area by a local biodynamic icon. Production methods are fully artisanal, vinification takes place in steel, and no clarification or sulphites are added, all to maximise the character of the fruit. On the nose there are wild berries and delicate floral hints, with aromatic herbs on the finish. The palate is crisp, immediate, with a clean, energetic finish.
