This Roero Arneis from Belcolle is produced with a modern technical approach: cold maceration on the skins for 36 hours and slow fermentation in steel, all to ignite the fruity profile of the grape variety. On the nose, it reveals white flowers and delicate yellow fruit; on the palate, it is soft, with vibrant freshness. Perfect as an aperitif or with fish dishes, to be tried with cabbage rolls.
