Elegant, full-bodied, and decisive, the Ribolla Gialla by Podversic is born from a slow winemaking process on the skins for 90 days and aging in large barrels for 36 months. The bouquet is intense, pleasantly ethereal and spicy with a deep, powerful, and balanced taste, with appreciable freshness and salinity. A hymn to Collio in the elegant and prestigious Magnum format!

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan Podversic is an incredible wine, with complex and elegant nose, intense and sharp on the palate. A Ribolla born according to the dictates and philosophy that is very dear to Damijan: in fact, the rules of biodynamic agriculture, and especially the theory on the influences of the moon and constellations on the ecosystem of Earth, that has fascinated Damijan since its entry into the world of wine. An entrance on tiptoe, started when, returning from military service and strong ties with their homeland and friendship with Josko Gravner, he decided to devote himself to the vineyards. Since then, the lunar phases have become crucial in the house Podversic to decide the harvest time and the various stages of the transformational work of the clusters. All this supports the decision to make all the vinification with maceration in wooden barrels, more or less long, depending on the year, without adding yeast and controlling the temperature. In addition, thanks to precise belief that wealth lies in the grape skin and seeds, the juice remains in contact with the solid parts to the end of fermentation. All of these features make this Ribolla Gialla a unique wine, unusual and intriguing, able to charm with every sip.
