Pinot Nero La Vis 2025

The Trentino red wine Pinot Noir signed by La Vis announces itself with the classic light ruby color typical of the varietal used, an international grape that, within the borders of Trentino, is capable of providing considerable satisfaction. The winery knows this and delights in presenting different versions, of which this is the simplest and most didactic for those who want to approach the type. A label where small red fruit dominates both on the nose and on the palate and flows with great ease, thanks to the perfect harmony found in the overall structure.  

This Pinot Noir is made by the La Vis winery from the homonymous grapes. Pinot Noir is indeed an international grape variety that finds, in some areas of Trentino, an enviable habitat, and right between the municipalities of Giovo and Lavis, the winery cultivates it using the Trentino pergola system, in vineyards located about 550 meters above sea level, facing south and west and characterized by a sandy loam subsoil. The bunches, after harvesting, are destemmed and the must, obtained from pressing the best grapes,best, ferments in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature. It then undergoes aging, which takes place for a period of about 5-6 months in barrique, until the bottling operations begin.

The Pinot Noir wine presents itself visually with a pleasant ruby red color, light and delicate, not too heavy or concentrated. The nose shows a profile of subtle and fresh aromas, shifting from fruity notes to more spicy hints, always very light. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slender, and dynamic, with a sip characterized by a very pleasant fruity aroma that invites drinking. The umpteenth gem presented by the La Vis winery, also in this case marked by a quality-price ratio that makes it practically impossible to do without this bottle: try it to believe!
