'Pezzapiana' Torrevento is a fresh and immediate Castel del Monte, a full expression of the Murgese spirit based on the indigenous Bombino bianco and Pampanuto. It is produced using gentle methods to maximize fragrance and freshness. On the nose, there are initially evident hints of wildflowers that open to tropical notes. On the palate, it is velvety and round, with a crisp and fresh sip. Perfect with seafood appetizers, light first courses, and grilled fish.
