Passito di Pantelleria by Ferrandes is a complex rainsin wine, produced from Zibibbo grapes harvested from old sapling vines, vinified and aged in steel vats. It has a very rich bouquet of raisin, candied and dried fruits, combined with exciting marine nuances

 The Passito di Ferrandes is produced in very limited quantities, less than 4,000 bottles, and only in exceptional vintages. This is a vintage passito wine that can evolve in the bottle for many years, further enriching itself with complexity and richness: notes of raisins, candied citrus, dehydrated fruit combine with marine nuances and particular hints of capers, salt, and aromatic herbs in an unforgettable profile, of immense charm.
