"Ottocentonero" is an emilian Lambrusco with a fresh, lively and gastronomic sip, produced from Salamino, Grasparossa and Ancellotta grapes grown on the southern hills of Reggio Emilia. With a ruby mantle with pink and lively froth, it gives a juicy, fragrant, flowing and very fresh sip, characterized by vinous notes, wild berries, strawberry and black cherry. An ideal bottle to accompany local cured meats

The Lambrusco “Ottocentonero” from Albinea Canali is one of the flagship labels of this historic winery in Reggio Emilia, which has always been committed to a passionate effort to enhance the wines of the territory. It is a blended Lambrusco, born from a cuvée of Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Grasparossa, and Ancellotta, which provide a particular richness and aromatic complexity to the sip. Its soft and harmonious face, fresh and fruity, makes it pleasant on every occasion. At the table, it finds the best pairings with a platter of flavorful local cured meats, with pasta with ragù, or with pork dishes.

“Ottocentonero” is a Lambrusco from Albinea Canali, which comes from a selection of the best grapes from the estate, sourced from vineyards of different varieties of Lambrusco, which, thanks to their perfectly complementary characteristics, allow for a perfect taste harmony. The vineyards are cultivated on the first hills rising towards the hills surrounding the city of Reggio Emilia, in an area that has always been suited forviticulture. The Lambrusco vines have dwelled in these lands for millennia and have found a perfect habitat to express themselves at excellent qualitative levels, thanks to a temperate climate and rather rich and fertile soils. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with the classic red winemaking. The base wines are then transferred to autoclaves where the sparkling process and the second fermentation occur using the Martinotti or Charmat method.

The Lambrusco “Ottocentonero” from the Reggio Emilia winery Albinea Canali is a splendid version of this traditional sparkling wine, a true ambassador of conviviality and the joy of living, which these lands have always expressed. It is the bottle that enhances the best varietal characteristics of Lambrusco, bringing to the forefront its characteristic profile of fresh fruity fragrance. In appearance, it is a lively and bright ruby red color, with delicate bubbles and an effervescence that creates a light and evanescent pink foam. The bouquet is characterized by floral scents of
