Still red wine with a great freshness and texture, with pleasant vegetal notes, enveloping, intense, born from a vineyard that is over than 200 years old, aged for 6 months in oak barrels.

The Lambrusco Foglia Frastagliata Enantio “Vigna Coi” by Vallarom is born from the recovery of an abandoned grape variety, and it is to be considered a unique red also due to the fact that it is produced with 200-year-old own-rooted vines. In the world of artisanal wine, several producers have moved to recover some grape varieties that are part of the local tradition but abandoned, often in favor of other more impersonal but more productive ones, and among these, the Lambrusco a Foglia Frastagliata is one of the most interesting in the history of Trentino viticulture. Barbara and Filippo have decided to undertake a path aimed at enhancing the territory, with a strongly identity-driven project that does not allow interference in natural rhythms with chemical and synthetic substances, so that in the 7 cultivated hectares only the vineyard, territory, and vintage can speak. The wines maintain a centered and elegant stylistic signature, which however manages to clearly tell the story of a region with a strong viticultural vocation. To them, sincere compliments.

The red Lambrusco Foglia Frastagliata Enantio 'Vigna Coi' is obtained from pure grapes of the namesake and ancient variety, from moving own-rooted vines over 200 years old. In the vineyard as in the cellar, no chemical or synthetic substances are used, following the dictates of organic farming, finalizing the meticulous work with spontaneous fermentations in steel tanks and aging for 6 months in 3rd passage barriques, followed by 6 months in bottle.

The wine Lambrusco Foglia Frastagliata “Vigna Coi” presents itself in the glass with an intense ruby color edged with violet reflections. An original and almost unique nose, played on lymphatic and vegetal scents, with great freshness. The fruit is there but it is essential and fresh, just as on the palate, where the liquid flows, irrigating the palate and extending into an intense and saline finish. Unicum of absolute level.
