In general, the production of Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Biondi Santi involves spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in vertical wooden tanks with prolonged maceration on the skins and a long aging in large Slavonian oak barrels. The bottles are then kept for several years in the cellar before their final release on the market.
