White Grappa from the pomace of Nebbiolo grapes, with fruity and floral aromas and a personality that is smooth and intense

fresh pomace, still rich in the fragrant aromas of the grapes, the distillations that have preserved the artisanal care over time and an ancient know-how passed down from generation to generation, combine with cutting-edge equipment meticulously cared for in every detail to always obtain the best. Sibona is the perfect synthesis of historic Piedmontese traditions and a passion for innovation and research. From this union, distillates of great expressive purity, fragrant and intense, are born.

The Grappa di Nebbiolo produced by the Piedmontese distillery Sibona directly and sincerely expresses the most authentic face of Roero and its noble red berry grape. The distillate, in fact, is produced only with pomace coming from the fermentation of Nebbiolo, immediately started in the production process. At the end of the distillation, the grappa rests for a few months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. In the glass, it appears crystalline and perfectly transparent. The bouquet is delicate and fine with floral hints, subtle aromas of small berries. The sip has a soft and soothing entry on the palate of great purity and anticipates a dry, elegant finish that closes with fresh notes.
