The Grappa di Barolo 15 Years is made by Sibona starting from fresh Nebbiolo pomace, an indigenous Piedmontese grape variety used to create Barolo, an important red wine. The production process is carefully monitored by the distillery team, and the distillation is carried out using copper stills. At the end of the processing, a Grappa is obtained that is then aged in oak barrels for a full 15 years. After aging, the product is ready to be bottled and marketed in a wooden box, inside which we find a parchment with the indicated bottle number, certifying its prestige.
This Grappa di Barolo 15 Anni presents itself with an intense color reminiscent of dark amber. The olfactory profile resonates with subtle and delicate notes, where candied fruit alternates with tertiary hints, especially spicy, derived from the long aging period spent in wood. On the palate, it has great structure, velvety and smooth, with a powerful sip that awakens the palate with determination and intensity. A label produced by the Sibona distillery with only a few bottles, perfect to give as a gift to the most passionate friends.
