The Gin Vol0 represents a refined non-alcoholic beverage inspired by gin, perfectly reproducing its characteristic aromas. The Italian project Vol0, from the expression “Volume Zero”, aims to rewrite the canons of mixology by proposing a range of alcohol-free products to meet the needs of a multitude of consumers, increasingly attentive to health aspects and the conscious consumption of alcoholic beverages, who at the same time do not want to give up the organoleptic pleasure of a well-made cocktail. Since Vol0 products are alcohol-free, they also have a much lower caloric content compared to their classic “counterpart”, another reason not to let them slip away.

For the production of its Gin, the Italian brand Vol0 uses a selection of high-quality raw materials, including aloe vera, juniper, and basil, combined with a mix of herbs, flowers, leaves, fruits, roots, and natural aromas. Everything undergoes a careful cold non-alcoholic extraction process aimed at preserving the aromatic integrity of the final product. The entire processing takes place in a cutting-edge laboratory and is carried out through a series of tests aimed at the development of specific blends or natural extracts.

Upon visual examination, the Gin Vol0 presents a straw-yellow appearance. The aromatic range offers sweet hints of juniper that meet fresh perceptions of Mediterranean herbs and warm spicy nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied and pungent, with sensations of black pepper and fresh vegetal notes in the finish. This non-alcoholic gin has been designed as an alternative to classic gins for the preparation of genuine alcohol-free cocktails, such as the gin and tonic alcohol-free garnished with a lemon peel.
