Gin Sabatini is a full-bodied, fresh and plesant London Dry, priduced from infusion of 9 botanicals from Tuscany, as wild fennel and olive leaf. Its aromatic profile is smooth and well-balanced, very crisp

The London Dry Gin Sabatini presents itself with a full but never intrusive profile, with a generally soft and lasting sensation. The nose appreciates the perfect combination of the different ingredients infused, outlining a sophisticated and penetrating olfactory experience, capable of transporting the taster to the hills of Cortona, where the various “botanicals” grow and the roots of the Sabatini family sink. A perfect label to stylishly prepare for the evenings when there is a celebration and fun to be had!

The Gin London Dry signed by Sabatini is born from the infusion in an alcoholic base of nine different “botanicals” that grow, even spontaneously, in the territory surrounding the distillery in Cortona. Specifically, we find juniper, coriander, iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, verbena, and sage. The distillation and bottling are entrusted to Thames Distillers in London, the company of the renowned Maxwell family, which has been distilling some of the most appreciated gins in the world for over 300 years. The entire process

is personally followed by Charles Maxwell, up to the final bottling.

The London Dry Gin Sabatini takes on a clear and crystalline hue in the glass, completely colorless. The nose traces a delicate, refreshing, and pleasant olfactory path, where the colorful spectrum originating from the infusion of different “botanicals” during the production process is appreciated, where it is mainly the spices and wild herbs that take on the role of protagonists. On the palate, the sip is full, pleasant, harmonious, characterized by a spicy taste vein with good persistence. A gin that is born from the love of the Sabatini family for their land, the result of the perfect union of flavors, aromas, and the history of a family.
