The Premium Dry Gin 'L'Etiope' from the young Italian production company Gin del CoffeeMaker is a distillate with an original style produced using coffee from Ethiopia, hence the name. Behind the brand Gin del CoffeeMaker lies the innovative vision of Federico Raso, a talented bartender who ranked among the top 5 bartenders in Italy at the Italian Coffee Championship in 2019, and the sensitivity of Alfredo La Cava, a skilled flavorist with about 40 years of experience in the field. From their collaboration and the desire to unite the world of coffee with that of distillates, Gin del CoffeeMaker was born in 2022, with the first marketed distillate being 'L'Etiope'.
The production of the Premium Dry Gin 'L'Etiope' from Gin del CoffeeMaker begins with the careful selection of fine ingredients such as coffee from Ethiopia, grapefruit, coriander, and juniper berries. Each ingredient undergoes a separate distillation process,separated, a technique that perfectly balances the aromas of the botanicals, creating a combination of great harmony. It follows the blending and final bottling in bottles made of 100% recycled glass, packaged without any plastic collar to minimize environmental impact.
