The Mallfy Gin with lemon is born from the desire to combine the classic taste of Gin with the aromas and scents typical of citrus fruits. The distillate is made with an infusion in pure alcohol of: Tuscan juniper, Amalfi lemon, coriander, cassia, angelica, iris, and licorice. The distillation takes place under vacuum with a steel still, taking care to keep the temperature low, so as to gently extract all the scents and aromas. Before bottling, a filtration is carried out to eliminate all impurities that may remain in the Gin after distillation. In the glass, it appears crystalline and transparent. The bouquet expresses citrusy scents, of lemon peel, hints of grapefruit, orange, delicately spicy nuances, on a balsamic background of juniper.The sip is smooth, with aromas of herbs, spices, and citrus. The finish is characterized by a good persistence and a pleasant citrus freshness.
