The Gin "Japanese Blossom" by Ukiyo Spirits is born in the south of Japan, precisely at the southernmost tip corresponding to the locality of Kagoshima, near the Sakurajima volcano. This Gin carries with it the tradition of Japanese distillation art, being the result of a meticulous and expert work of a family that has passed down the art and knowledge of this discipline for generations. The term "Ukiyo" literally means "floating world" and refers to a mental state that focuses on the here and now, detaching from the difficulties that life presents.
Ukiyo Spirits' "Japanese Blossom" Gin is produced from a harvest of local barley initially distilled into shōchū liquor, which is then distilled a second time in a still with the addition of juniper, mandarin, and spices, concluding with the infusion of Sakura flower and yuzu to impart delicacy to the taste.
