The Gin London Dry Haswell fundamentally arises from the use of three base botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds from Morocco, and Angelica root. To these three main ingredients, other carefully chosen aromatic herbs are added, enriching and completing the bouquet of the Gin: licorice root, savory, bitter orange peel, lime peel, orange peel, mint, fennel, and grains of paradise of African origin. As is expected for the production of all classic London Dry Gins, the scents and aromas of the distillate derive solely and exclusively from the infusion of the botanical herbs, with no addition of other flavors. The distillation process is particularly long and meticulous, based, in fact, on a complex and lengthy cycle that includes as many as 5 successive distillations.
