The Durello Spumante Brut by Giannitessari expressively manifests the right territorial adherence, offering an authentic and truthful sip, a faithful image of the area of origin. It is born thanks to the enhancement of two native grape varieties traditionally cultivated in the areas where the winery's vineyards expand, Garganega and Durella. The result is a floral and fruity sparkling wine, in which the palate is enveloped by a refreshing drink that never tires. A perfect bottle to reserve for the liveliest aperitifs, where it pairs satisfactorily with a wide variety of recipes and ingredients.
Giannitessari Durello Spumante Brut is made from a skillful blend of two native Veneto grape varieties, Garganega and Durella. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, which is done manually, are softly pressed, fermenting in steel at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 degrees. The second fermentation then takes place in steel autoclaves, following the principles of the Martinotti Method, where the wine remains to age for about 3months on its own yeasts. Then follows the bottling operations.
The Durello Spumante Brut signed by the Giannitessari winery reveals itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, crossed by bubbles that show a fine and persistent grain. The bouquet of aromas that alternate on the nose highlights light and subtle notes, mainly focused on floral and fruity sensations. On the palate, it is light-bodied, dry, with a sip in perfect taste-olfactory balance.
