Dom Champagne Brut Rosé is a Champagne rosé vintage of masterful texture. A jewel from this well known maison of great elegance and complexity, left to age for at least seven years on the lees in the bottle. It presents on the nose pleasant notes of orange peel, dried fruit and fresh flowers and the sip is ample and rich with an intriguing spicy finish

The Dom Perignon Brut Rosé Champagne is synonymous with class, elegance, and style. It is an icon, that flag which was raised years ago in the land of the world's most famous bubble and which still today represents a reference point for all those who set foot and hands in this territory. It reflects the grace of Champagne, enhanced by the refined and sharp touch of its Rosé version. It is born from the skilled technique of blending, which has faithfully escorted the history and nobility of this wine. Dom Perignon Brut Rosé aims to be a tribute to the balance between the personalities of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The Brut Rosé Vintage Champagne signed by Dom Perignon is composed of 57% Pinot Noir and 43% Chardonnay. The grapes come from some of the most ancient and precious Grand Cru and Premier Cru. At the base is a strict selection that admits only the best grapes, those truly worthy of being transformed into the Dom Perignon-signed Brut Rosé Champagne. Once assembled, the various parts, the wine is bottled and started on the second fermentation. The aging on the lees is very long and elevates an already noble base to absolute excellence. The wait to disgorge this precious bubble is as long as 84 months.

The Dom Perignon Brut Rosé Champagne presents a very fine perlage, characterized by a light pink color and excellent brightness. Its aroma plays on citrus notes reminiscent of orange, currant, and berries. Echoes of spicy and dried fruit tones are also confirmed on the palate. In the mouth, it shows its precision and the elegant progression, set in a body marked by freshness and verticality. This is what happens when finesse becomes wine.
