The Coteaux Bourguignons "Corvee de l’Eglise" from the Henri Richard winery is an elegant Pinot Noir from Burgundy perfect for pairing with red meat and mushroom dishes. It is made with carefully selected grapes and a winemaking process that uses only indigenous yeasts. The intense ruby red color introduces aromas of ripe red fruit and fine woods while the sip offers elegance and depth.

The Coteaux Bourguignons "Corvee de l’Eglise" from Domaine Henri Richard is a pure Pinot Noir with a fresh and fragrant profile, born from a selection of grapes from particularly valuable vineyards, vinified according to the best standards of the estate, as if it were a Grand or Premier Cru. The long aging in wood gives it an elegant softness and a balanced pleasantness on the palate, expressed with fruity, floral, and spicy aromas. It is a delicate and fine red, suitable for pairing with roasted white meats and noble poultry on the spit.

The "Corvee de l’Eglise" Coteaux Bourguignons is the result of careful work by Domaine Henri Richard. The estate is located near Gevrey-Chambertin and has numerous parcels, which together cover an area of about 4.5 hectares. The vines are cultivated following the principles of organic farming and biodynamic practices, without resorting to chemical substances. The cuvée comes from some parcels located in the municipality of Morey-Saint-Denis, near the cone of dejection from the Combe Grisard. The area is characterized by a sandy and pebble-rich territory, particularly suited and draining. The Pinot Noir vines are between 30 and 45 years old and produce few clusters per plant of high quality. Fermentation occurs spontaneously using only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins. As is customary in the area, the wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels before being bottled.

The Coteaux Bourguignons "Corvee de l’Eglise" from Domaine Henri Richard is a surprising version of Pinot Noir, highlighting the unique characteristics of this terroir, which has nothing to envy from areas that can boast much more prestigious classifications. Of a beautiful lively ruby red, it offers a bouquet that expresses aromas of marasca, red currant, raspberry, wild strawberries, delicate spicy hints, floral nuances, and herbal notes. On the palate, it has a medium structure, with a very fine tannic texture and delicate aromas, leading to a balanced and pleasantly freshness.
