The Clos de Los Siete from the eponymous Argentine winery is a bold and vigorous red wine perfect for pairing with succulent red meat. This label is made with a blend of many grapes including Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, and has an aging in wood of about 11 months. The dark ruby red color introduces aromas of black fruit, flowers, and sweet spices, while the palate enjoys a soft, dense, full, bold sip with excellent taste persistence.

The Clos de Los Siete is born in Argentina from a project by Michel Rolland who gave life to the idea of creating a single wine, the result of the collaboration of 4 families who manage as many Bodegas in the Valle de Uno near Mendoza at the foot of the Andes: a part of each one's production is, in fact, used to assemble the Clos de Los Siete. Behind the chosen name are two fundamental ideas: the unique challenge of a collaborative effort to produce a wine and a vineyard of individual blocks that form a defined enclosure called "Clos en french".

The grapes of Clos de Los Siete are cultivated at an altitude of about 1200 meters above sea level which ensures high-quality tannins; they are cared for with manual pruning to manage the canopy and yields in the vineyard are controlled to ensure quality in the product. They are oriented southeast/southwest, a position that guarantees constant solar exposure throughout the year. The climate in this area is very dry with temperature variations between day and night, a condition that allows the grapes to develop a color intense. The soil is mainly composed of pebbles, clay, and sand, and deeper down the roots reach layers of gravel that provide greater water supply. The harvest is manual; in the winery, fermentation begins and the must rests for 11 months in barriques before being bottled.

Clos de Los Siete presents itself with an intense red color with shades reminiscent of ruby; the nose perceives intense aromas and a significant aromatic complexity reminiscent of blueberries, raspberries, as well as floral notes and a delicate spicy hint on the finish. On the palate, round and soft tannins are noticeable combined with the flavor of ripe fruit with a pleasant and persistent final freshness. It pairs perfectly with typical cuts of meat from Argentine tradition, but also with first courses with important seasonings. An excellent product to enjoy during summer barbecues with family or to celebrate occasions or anniversaries with lifelong friends, to discover a special product born from the union of multiple knowledges.
