Champagne Brut "Tradition" by De Sousa is a sparkling wine born from 45-year-old vineyards cultivated in biodynamic conditions. It has a rich and delicate bouquet with notes of flowers, citrus and ripe fruit. The sip is fresh, balanced, with complex and enveloping shades.

The Champagne Brut “Tradition” by De Sousa is a classic method creamy and elegant, a calling card of one of the most renowned producers in the region. Erick De Sousa's name has become a reference point for Champagne enthusiasts, interpreting liquids played on finesse and classicism, without being standardized or self-referential. Of Portuguese origins, the De Sousa family currently owns 11 hectares of vineyards divided among some of the most suitable areas of the Champagne wine region, including Cramant, Avize, Mesnil Sur Oger, and Oger, with parcels cultivated following the principles of organic farming, excluding the use of any chemical or synthetic substances. The Brut “Tradition” signed by De Sousa is a Champagne resulting from the blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from vines about 45 years old cultivated in organic farming to preserve the vitality of the soil and the fruit. In the cellar, the same attention is paid,therefore pay attention with base wines that ferment spontaneously and that the blending and second fermentation in the bottle age for at least 24 months on the lees. Disgorgement is done manually.

The “Tradition” Champagne De Sousa presents itself in the glass with a straw-yellow hue edged with greenish reflections. The nose is whispered yet rich with hints of green apple, chalk, citrus peel, and yellow flowers. The sip is also embroidered and entirely played on finesse, with a mouth that stands out for its freshness and remarkable salty length. Cross bubble, suitable for accompanying appetizers and first courses based on fish, but also first dishes such as spaghetti with clams. One of the cornerstones of the type, at a splendid price.
