The Champagne Nocturne by Taittinger is a seductive, cremay and slightly sweet expression of the famous maison from Reims, presented with a Sec dosage. It has a bouquet of yellow fruits, raisin, honey and pan brioche. On the palate it is creamy, concentrated, pleasant and slightly sweet. To drink with snack or dessert

The Champagne Sec Nocturne is the cuvée by Taittinger dedicated to those who love soft, seductive, rich, and alluring Champagnes. A glass to enjoy not only at the table but also for pure pleasure during convivial moments with friends or after dinner to accompany some light conversation. A Champagne faithful to the style of Maison Taittinger, one of the oldest and most famous in Champagne, which has made elegance and freshness its traditional and recognizable stylistic hallmark, also thanks to a particular preference for the always important use of Chardonnay in most of its famous cuvées.

The Sec Nocturne by Taittinger is a Champagne made with a cuvée of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir and Meunier (60%). The grapes come from about thirty different crus from various areas of Champagne, providing a wide palette of nuances at the time of the final blending. After the harvest, each parcel is vinified separately with soft pressing of the grapes and subsequent fermentation of the must to obtain the vins clairs. At the moment of the creation of the cuvée, a percentage of reserve wines from previous vintages is added to the vintage wines to create each year the right taste harmony, which consistently represents the taste of Maison Taittinger over time, without variations due to the particular characteristics of the individual harvest. After blending, it rests on the lees for a period of at least 4 years before disgorgement.

The Champagne of Taittinger Sec Nocturne is the ideal label for those who prefer to taste Champagne even outside of meals and particularly love the roundness and softness of the sip due to both the choice of dosage and the long, slow maturation on the lees in the historic cellars of the Maison. The color is straw yellow with brilliant reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. The olfactory profile is refined with fine and elegant aromas of citrus, peach, ripe yellow fruit, and dehydrated apricot. On the palate, it opens with pleasant notes of vibrant freshness, which unfolds into a rich, creamy, and broad fruit, with a long and persistent finish.
