This Champagne Rosé Grand Cordon by Mumm is a Brut Rosé that comes from the union of the three typical grape varieties of the Champagne region, Pinot Noir – leading in the final blend with 60% – Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. The must obtained from pressing the grapes of these varieties ferments for the first time in steel, with the addition of reserve wines aged in barrel for 31% and reserve wines and Pinot Noir vinified in red for an additional 14%.
