The Grand Cru “Les Clos” is a Chablis crafted by the Albert Pic winery, originating from pure Chardonnay grapes, cultivated with an approach that makes respect for the environment one of the fundamental principles guiding the winery's work in the vineyard. We find ourselves within one of the seven Grand Crus cataloged in the denomination, in a terroir thus strongly suited for the production of Chardonnay. During the winemaking process, as well as during the aging period,faced at the end of the wine's production process, only cement and steel containers are used, completely renouncing the use of wood.
