Casachiara's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is a traditional rosé wine made from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, which, thanks to a few hours of contact with the skins, obtain their characteristic colour. The nose reveals small red fruits, rosehip and a pleasant herbaceous note. On the palate, it is structured, fresh and savoury. It pairs well with cold cuts and earthy dishes, and is excellent with Abruzzo-style arrosticini
