"Bianco Frizzante... naturalmente" Jeroboam is a semi-sparkling wine by Coste Piane, an artisan and small winery from Valdobbiadene. It owes its creamy effervescence to the refermentation in the bottle according to the ancestral method and presents itself with a delicate and veiled straw yellow garment for the suspension of yeasts: to the nose it is fragrant and fruity, but it reveals its strength to the sip, resulting refreshing and thirst quenching.

"Bianco Frizzante ... naturally" Jeroboam is a sparkling white produced by Casa Coste Piane, a winery located among the green hills of the Valdobbiadene area. It is a wine that represents the history and tradition of the territory. It is produced by refermentation in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method, without dégorgement. The result is a cloudy sparkling wine with a dry and citrus profile, tense and salty, with a pleasantly soft and creamy foam. It is the oldest version of the modern sparkling wine, made when the technology for sparkling wine production in autoclave invented by Martinotti did not yet exist.

The Jeroboam "Bianco Frizzante ... naturally" is the wine of the past, reintroduced by a winery that has deliberately directed its production towards a niche of enthusiasts, who do not seek sparkling wines with an industrial character, but prefer wines that have the genuine and authentic taste. Casa Coste Piane is a small winery that works in the Prosecco area with historic vineyards often over a hundred years old. The different plotsare cultivated at an altitude between 250 and 400 meters, on steep and rugged slopes, with soils composed of calcareous-clay marls and sandstones with the presence of fossils. In the vineyard, all work is manual, no chemical products are used, and the inter-row areas are left unplanted to promote biodiversity.
