The 'Falcale' by Piero Mancini is a Cannonau with a great quality/price ratio! The bouquet offers notes of underbrush and ripe fruit, with a finish that leans towards balsamic and spicy tones derived from the 6 months of aging in oak barrels. The sip is very pleasant: dry, savory, full, and elegant

This Cannonau "Falcale" pays homage to the falcon, a bird that often soars high in the sky above the vineyards of the Piero Mancini winery, observing the world from a privileged perspective. Just like this red wine, the flagship of the entire production made every year, which aims to look down on other Cannonau, reaffirming its quality with a balanced sip and well-presented aromas on the nose. A label that pays tribute to the Sardinian terroir, where Cannonau manages to express itself at excellent levels, thanks to the attention that the winery has always placed on the selection of the best plots to cultivate it. A bottle that, as if that weren't enough, also impresses with its incredible quality-price ratio.

The Piero Mancini winery produces this "Falcale" starting from that red grape that embodies all the beauty of Sardinia, Cannonau. The bunches, carefully selected from the owned vineyards, once they arrive in the winemaking facilities, undergo long maceration, fermenting at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees. Then we move on to the aging phase, in which the wine remains 6 months maturing in oak barrels, at the end of which it is bottled.

The "Falcale" is a Cannonau di Sardegna that in the glass manifests itself with a ruby red color, crossed by slight violet hues. The nose is dominated by predominantly fruity sensations, with subtle balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, balanced, with a dry sip characterized by a savory taste. A label to which the Piero Mancini winery is particularly attached, ideal for pairing with land-based menus, where meat is the main ingredient of the dishes.
