The Bolgheri Rosso Superiore by Dario di Vaira is a red wine with an intense and refined character, obtained from a blend of international grapes of Cabernet, Merlot, and small drops of Petit Verdot. After 15 months in barriques, it reveals a full-bodied, noble, and decisive sip, enveloped by a very rich and intense bouquet of ripe dark berries, toasted sensations of coffee, and light hints of black pepper

The Bolgheri Rosso Superiore by Dario di Vaira is a structured red wine, where body and refinement come together in a blend with an engaging profile. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, it benefits from an aging period of over two years, which gives it an excellent structure on the palate, where the warmth of the sip makes the drinking round and complete. A label with a good aging potential, capable of beautifully preserving itself for the next five years, evolving towards even more complex aromas and flavors.

The Dario di Vaira Bolgheri Rosso Superiore is born from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The vines of these varieties are about 20 years old and grow with the spurred cordon system in a terroir with a clayey and sandy substrate. The harvest, strictly manual, takes place between the first half of September and the first half of October. The must obtained after pressing the grapes ferments in steel tanks for a total of 15-18 days, at a controlled temperature. The The wine is then transferred to mature for 15 months in new barriques, and after bottling, it undergoes a further aging period of 12 months in glass.

The Bolgheri Rosso Dario di Vaira develops in the glass with a brilliant color reminiscent of garnet. The fruit weaves into a layered nose, also supported by hints of aromatic herbs and more spicy notes; in the finish, there are also nuances of tobacco and toasted wood. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm and concentrated, with an elegant sip that flows on the palate with the right posture. A label that tells the strong vocation of Bolgheri to create blends with an international profile.
