This Bas Armagnac 20 Years signed L'Encantada arises from a blend of different distillates aged for a minimum of 20 years in oak barrels from Gascony. Obviously, the “bases” from which we start are the product of a processing process that begins with white wines – made from grapes of Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Folle Blanche, and Baco Blanc – distilled using mobile Armagnac stills, traditional two-column models that allow both to distill the product and to cool it. The Chef de Cave, at the momentof the selection, tastes the different distillates, deciding how to make the final blend always keeping in mind the harmony that must reign in the final label.

The Bas Armagnac L'Encantada 20 Years presents itself to the visual examination with a decidedly dark and intense amber color. Generous on the nose, which tells itself with layered olfactory nuances, starting from dried fruit and then moving towards sweet hints of honey and notes of sweet spices.
