The Ansonica "Brissaia" is a wine that presents itself with a distinct salinity, which, combined with a good dose of freshness, marks a tasting that is always smooth, perfect for accompanying first and second courses based on fish. Fattoria di Magliano, located in one of the most picturesque areas of the entire Maremma, confirms itself as a production reality attentive to highlighting territorial expressions, in this case interpreted by a particular grape variety, the Ansonica, an uncommon variety that finds in some parts of Tuscany a particularly suited terroir. A label with a Mediterranean profile, that is enjoyable to drink on any occasion.
This Fattoria di Magliano "Brissaia" is a pure Ansonica, a white grape variety that is cultivated only in a few Italian regions, one of which is Tuscany, an area where this grape feels at home, with always precise expressions. The harvest takes place during the last decade of August and the grapes are immediately destemmed. After a cryomaceration,The must ferments at a controlled temperature in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for a total of 20-25 days. The final refinement takes place for several months in steel tanks.
The Ansonica "Brissaia" presents itself to the eye with a typical color reminiscent of straw yellow. The profile of the aromas on the nose is crisp, spreading fruity notes interspersed with touches of Mediterranean scrub and sensations that recall flowers. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slim and young, with a sip that reveals excellent minerality and good freshness.
