The Ancestral Sparkling 'Cagundeu' by Mas de la Sabatera is a lively wine made from Parellada grapes, typical of Catalonia. After a brief maceration, the wine completes fermentation in the bottle where it develops a lively sparkle, as per the Ancestral method. On the nose, it releases notes of white fruit, wildflowers, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is very fresh, with a juicy and smooth sip. Light and easy-drinking sparkling wine, it is perfect with platters of 'jamon' and 'queso'
