Amaro 'Priora' Sibillini Spirits

The Amaro "Priora", made by the Marche brand Sibillini Spirits, is an intense liqueur that brings into the glass the typical sensations of the botanicals of the local mountain environment. Fragrant, balsamic, fresh, and slightly bitter, it expresses the purity of a handcrafted work done with passion and expertise by a young reality. All the ingredients come from the territory and from a short and traceable supply chain, guaranteeing pure originality.  The artisanal spirit also shines through in the choice of the hand-drawn label inspired by the profile of the mountains of the Sibillini landscape, characterized by the Cima del Redentore.

“Priora” is an Amaro resulting from the research work of an interesting Marche reality. Sibillini Spirits was born with the intent to propose high-quality labels made with passion, following the ancient recipes of the territory. It is an original amaro that manages to express very well the atmospheres, scents, and typical aromas of the mountain environment. The amaro is born from an accurate selection of characteristic botanicals from the territory, collected in the National Park of the Monti Sibillini. Among the ingredients, the gentian, absinthe, and yarrow stand out in particular, which contribute to creating a bitter background, mint and juniper that add a touch of freshness, the spicy touch of coriander, and pine resin that enriches the aromas with a refined balsamic note. A balanced blend that merges into a harmonious concert of aromas.extends towards a very persistent finish characterized by a pleasant balsamic freshness.
